Our memorial pieces can be created using a small amount of ashes, hair or fur, depending on the piece you choose.

Only a tiny token amount is needed to create your keepsake. Please do not send more than necessary. Full packaging and sending instructions are provided after ordering.

Your inclusion should be securely packaged and clearly labelled with the name and order number. Please follow the instructions provided with your order and on our Sending Ashes, Hair or Fur page.

We follow a strict one-piece-at-a-time bench process. Each inclusion is carefully identified, handled respectfully and kept with its individual order throughout the creation process.

Where any supplied inclusion remains unused, it will be carefully packaged and returned to you with your completed memorial jewellery.

Yes. We offer a wide choice of resin colours and finishes. Our Resin Colour Guide gives examples, and other colours are available on request. Colours shown on screens are a guide and may vary slightly in the finished handcrafted piece.

Please select your required ring size when ordering. It is important to check your size carefully before placing your order because your memorial ring is created specifically for you.

Every piece is individually handcrafted. The placement and appearance of ashes, hair or fur and resin can naturally vary, meaning your finished memorial keepsake will be unique.

After ordering, you will receive the information needed to prepare and send your inclusion. Once it has been safely received, your memorial piece can be created following our careful one-piece-at-a-time process.

Because each memorial piece is individually handcrafted, completion times can vary. Your expected timescale will be confirmed with your order rather than rushing something so meaningful.
